3159066 - No automatic goods receipt is triggered with control key YBP3

You are using control key YBP3 with automatic goods receipt set for an operation.
However, after a confirmation is successfully made for the operation, no goods receipt is posted by the system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Create and release a production order.
2. Maintain the control key as YBP3 for an operation.
3. Make a confirmation for the operation with a certain quantity.
4. Check in the order header that the delivered quantity is still 0 or in the app Material Documents Overview that there is no corresponding material document for the goods receipt.

The automatic goods receipt is not triggered because there are still error records of the automatic goods movements of the operation.
You can check the records in app Reprocess Goods Movements by searching for the production order.

You need to distinguish confirmation from goods movement. Although the automatic goods receipt is triggered at the point the confirmation is done, they are different procedures. Even if the confirmation is made successfully, if there is any problem during the follow-up goods movements, the goods receipt will not be done.

You need to deal with the corresponding errors is the app Reprocess Goods Movements and re-post the goods movements, then the goods receipt will be done and the delivered quantity will be updated.
