3159107 - PSE file managed by AS Java is not secured by PIN/passphrase

Symptom

Enabled SSL/HTTPS port in AS Java following document Enabling TLS Through the SSL Configuration Tool.
Found .pse file(such as SAPSSLS_50001.pse) in file system can be accessed without any PIN/passphrase via command such as:
sapgenpse get_my_name -p <.pse file name>
sapgenpse get_my_name.png

Due to company security policy, need all .pse files get secured by PIN/passphrase. Want to know if there is any way to secure the .pse file in AS Java system.

All images are taken from an internal demo system. Any resemblance to real data is a mere coincidence.
