3159139 - PI/PO - Component-Based Message Alerting: com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host

You have configure alerting (Component-Based Message Alerting) in PI/PO system but the consumer job is not working as expected. 

When checking the traces via the Log Viewer to collect detailed diagnostic traces you see entries similar to below:
