Symptom
You have configure alerting (Component-Based Message Alerting) in PI/PO system but the consumer job is not working as expected.
When checking the traces via the Log Viewer to collect detailed diagnostic traces you see entries similar to below:
An exception occurred.
[EXCEPTION]
com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: localhost, 25; timeout -1;
