3159321 - Unable to search Concurrent Employee and Global Assignment users when trying to "Send Copy" form - Performance Management

On "Send Copy" of Performance Management Forms and 360 Reviews, there are no results when searching for users on Concurrent Employment or Global Assignment.

1. Performance Management Inbox, then to the completed folder.
2. Open the form, select "Send Copy".
3. Search for the user in Global Assignment, there will be no result. Even if the logged-in user has a User Search role over the searched user, it will not be found on "Send-Copy" search user window.

This is current expected behavior.

The search user function of "send copy" for Performance Management and 360 Reviews forms does not support Global Assignment and Concurrent usernames.
