When opening a Requisition Template in Manage Templates Tool, is possible to see the Application Template removed by the system:
Normally, having the disassociating can cause the following scenarios:
Scenario 1: When a Candidate tried to apply to a Requisition system retrieves the following error:
'Failed to process the job application'
Scenario 2: A creation of Job Requisition can't be done due to the following error:
"Please correct the following errors: The system didn't find a default application template. Please contact your system administrator to configure an application XML on the job requisition, or set an active application template as default."
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
System will disassociate automatically it once a change is done in the Application Template within Manage Templates. One example is when a change of 'Active' attribute of the used Job Application Template is done:
Note: It can also happen either for setting the Template only as 'Default' and not 'Active' (as the example above) or simply deactivating the respective linked Application Template.
To avoid errors, keep the Template as 'Active' always enabled while using it associated to a Job Requisition.
