Wrong property value set for 'bootstrapV3' in siteSettings.xml

The correct value is as below:

          <propertyname><![CDATA[bootstrapV3]]></propertyname>
          <propertyvalue><![CDATA[1]]></propertyvalue>

Please re-import site settings with the correct value.

1. Navigate to Career Site Builder > Tools > Import & Export > Export
2. Export Site Settings
3. Open the XML file, find the property 'bootstrapV3' and correct the property value to '1'
4. Navigate to Career Site Builder > Tools > Import & Export > Import
5. Import Site Settings
