In Manage Documents, how to access documents uploaded through Onboarding process

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Documents are uploaded through Onboarding, not generated in Onboarding Process
2. Access Manage Documents as HR Admin
3. No documents are available to see
4. All documents are available for system admins, including Performance Documents / Calibration documents / Employee documents and any other

• Current configuration and product design.
• Manage Document Categories permissions determine which documents you have access to.
• Administrators with the Employee Export permission don't need the additional View permissions prerequisites,
      because the Employee Export permissions allow administrators to query all user fields

Document categories: 

• The documents which are generated as part of Onboarding document flow is based on the category chosen in document template
• The documents generated/uploaded as part compliance process will have Compliance or specific ones like US_I9 or US_EVERIFY category
• The documents uploaded as part of NHDR/PDC would have category based on entity

   Implementation guide provides expected behavior for documents that are generated through Onboarding process however, not for those uploaded
   
   
2. So for any user, only way to access documents uploaded through Onboarding process is in Manage Documents.
3. Administrators with the Employee Export permission don't need the additional View permissions prerequisites,
       because the Employee Export permissions allow administrators to query all user fields
4.  Any other user accessing documents needs permission for category:
   
   The documents which are generated as part of Onboarding document flow is based on the category chosen in document template
   The documents generated/uploaded as part compliance process will have Compliance or specific ones like US_I9 or US_EVERIFY category
   The documents uploaded as part of NHDR/PDC would have category based on entity
