3159797 - Incoming Payment File Manager Error with format camt.053.001.02

When importing bank statements in the app Manage Incoming Payment Files (App ID F1680)with format camt.053.001.02 

In Job Log the following errors shown:

An error occured during the mapping.
Error Restriction failed for node CreDtTm.
Error Value "&1" is not a valid datetime.

At present the Import Bank Statements does not support fractional seconds. DateTime restriction currently has format 
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss[Z|(+|-)hh:mm]

This will be changed so that the format will support fractional seconds, so the DateTime format would be YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sss[Z|(+|-)hh:mm] in release 2208.

   Item Name: Electronic Bank Statement 
   Step Name: 4. Map Format Data for Incoming Files from Banks (ID 170010)

2. Copy to new format 
   
   
3. In New Format /CAMT053_001_02 change  the type of this restriction (in node ISODateTime) from DateTime to String.
   
   
4. Save and Release 
   
   
5. Use the new format mapping to import files via app Manage Incoming Payment Files.
