3159881 - How-to influence the numbering of inspection characteristics in QP01/QP02?

Symptom

It is required to influence how inspection characteristics are numbered in inspection plan in transaction QP01 or QP02.

For example, increment number is needed to be set at 5 when assigning dependent specifications (so numbers needed to follow each other like 5,10,15 etc.).
