3159973 - Column width configuration does not take effect in Explorer

In Explorer - list view, the width of the columns doesn't match the the width configured in Setup → Edit General Configuration → Table columns. 
After configure the width of the "Table columns" in Setup, the columns width doesn't change.  

This is intended behavior. The end-user can manually adjust the column width by drawing the columns with mouse depending on the size of their own screen. To give the optimal user experience, the manual adaption will be kept as user specific settings.
The width settings in Setup only affect the new users who have never manually adapted the column width.
