3159985 - Is there a super user with access to all data in Workflow?

We need a super user ID for our Workflow Organization, that has full access to all processes by default.  Is this available for the Administrator function in the Workflow Accelerator?

This idea hasn't been implemented, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
