Is it possible to assign users in bulk from one user group to another? We have a large number of users spread over many groups, and we would like to consolidate them into fewer groups.
Resolution
This idea hasn't been implemented in the UI, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.

We'd also like your business case, so we can better understand the needs of our customers.
Alternately, user group manipulation can be performed using API calls to Signavio.
