3160000 - Can two-way links be automated for 'Organisational units' in the Dictionary?

I want to link a role to a team, to demonstrate of which teams a specific role or function is part.  But at the same time I want to see which roles are part of a specific Team.  Currently, I have to make that connection twice, manually.  Can it be automated?

This idea hasn't been implemented, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
