3160015 - Unable to find Risk Management data type for the Value Chain process and collapsed process

We have Risk Management as a data type in BPMN models, and we can create attributes with this data type.  However, for Value Chain models, we are unable to set the data type of attributes as Risk Management.  

This idea hasn't been implemented, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
