3160035 - Linked Diagrams in Dictionary Displaying Outdated Process Names

Dictionary entries doesn't have the correct 'Linked Diagram' names. The diagram's name has been updated, but the dictionary entry doesn't show the new name. Deleting and re-adding the dictionary entry doesn't correct the issue, and it is only happening to certain diagrams not all.

If HAR file shows the name property has the correct model name but the translation in en_us has the old name, then the whole process will need to be rebuilt. Just renaming the process in explorer → rename will not resolve the issue.
