Symptom
We are using https://editor.signavio.com/p/hub/ as entry point for our logins. Unfortunately when I click on I've forgotten my password the page where I can request a password change does not open.
Resolution
This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get this fixed. If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date about this issue, please create a ticket in the SAP Support Launchpad and reference the ticket number SPM-9396.
In the meantime please use https://editor.signavio.com/p/resetPassword to request a new password.
