If the new revision of the workflow process has been published, what happens to the already-started cases? Are they updated as well automatically, or can I update them manually?
Resolution
It is not possible to update the workflow to the current revision of the process, because many crucial options may change, and the workflow would fail, or would be incomplete. Already started case must be finished, closed manually or removed.
