We know that we can't change any value that has been submitted but is it possible to change a value that has been submitted on your side?
Usually, we don't have any access to our customers workspaces, mostly because of data security policy. Technically, in emergency situations, we can change submitted values in your cases, but we would like to avoid changing your data and interfere in your structure.
Currently, there are two ways:
- if your open case needs a bigger change you can delete it and start it fresh, or
- you can use a comment line to inform your colleagues, that the input has changed.
If we need to assist you, please add your supervisor to your request email, as we need an authority from your side who approves this decision, also please describe why this change has to be made.
