3160111 - Adding a user to a group does not work

Symptom

Please investigate why it is that I can see a user's E-Mail address in our workspace,, but I cannot access him to update his group access. 


Resolution

Completely deleted users from a workspace can still be found in reporting and user search. This is a bug in SaaS Version 12.10.
