3160114 - Dictionary items not in assigned categories in Process Manager

Symptom

In Process Manager, a number of dictionary items are appearing in the wrong category. How can this be resolved?

Resolution

Support needs to re-create the Solr-index. This index is responsible for the caching of the Dictionary and search. The re-creation of the Solr index is safe, but the process itself can take up to 8 hours depending on the size of the dictionary. During this time the Dictionary and search function will not be available. It is recommended to do this after business hours.
