Symptom
One of our users cannot find the 'My documents' folder. 'My documents' is activated for our users, and it seems, only this user is affected.
Resolution
If you are sure, other users can see the 'My documents' folder, please remove the user and re-invite them again. 'My documents' should be created with user creation. Please inform Customer support, so we can investigate on the root cause of the issue.
