3160177 - Does the Table Data Type allow Document/URL or Date sub-types?

Currently, the data types available for a Table (data type) is less than the data types available for custom attributes, in general.  Can the data types available for a Table be expanded to include more options, for example, the Document/URL or Date data type?

This idea hasn't been implemented, and has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
