3160220 - Links within deferent language views of a process with the Documentation attribute "bleed" into another language view

A model with different languages (English and Chinese) mode, the main attribute "Documentation" of a task has "text" only in English mode and has "text" + "URL" in Chinese mode. 

When preview the task in HUB (English mode), the URL will be linked.
