3160224 - How to enable the Visio Imoprt feature in Signavio Process Manager?

• Option to import Visio files into Signavio Process Manager is missing.
• I would like to enable the Visio Import feature in SAP Signavio Process Manager.
• It would be helpful to start using the combined power of the SAP Signavio Process Manager and Visio frameworks.

The option is not available on your workspace as the feature package has not been enabled on your workspace.

Please request to enable the feature on your Workspace by creating a ticket in the SAP for Me, referencing this knowledge base article.

Additionally please also directly give us the ID of your workspace to speed up the activation.

To check the Workspace ID, click on the Question Mark Icon in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Workspace ID will be at the bottom of the drop down list that will appear. Further Info can be found here.

Please note: Since no standard Visio format exists due to an indeterminate amount of different Visio templates, a problem-free import to SAP Signavio can not be guaranteed. Each item in a Visio document has an individual ID. The SAP Signavio Visio Import uses a BPMN template and corresponding ID mapping. If the Visio models deviate from this standard, problems may occur when importing to SAP Signavio.
