3160230 - Can the license from a user be transferred to another user?

User assigned to a Signavio license has left the department and is no longer needing the license. Can this license be transferred to another user that needs it?

 

The user who no longer needs the license, can be deleted from the workspace.  Once the user is deleted, the license will become free to be used on another user.  Please note that the Tenant Owner cannot be deleted as a user. If the user has multiple licenses, they can be removed.  By default, users need to have at least a Hub or Enterprise Plus license assigned. If the user only has the one license assigned, the user will need to be deleted in order to free the license.
