3160235 - Email attachment as a trigger to a workflow process

I would like to use an attachment of an e-mail sent to start the workflow in Process Governance.

Could you check if the following steps?

• Create a process in Workflow
• Set the trigger as "When an email arrives"
• Goes to the Action tab
• Create a user task
• Within the task goes to the form tab
• Use the reuse fields to get the attachments (Check the screenshot)
