Symptom
We activated the SAML-integration between our SAML-server (IDP) and the Collaboration Hub, but currently we are getting the following error message:
Cause: Reason: An error occurred. (saml2.exception - Saml login failed)
Resolution
Please check how you are sending the SAML-response. Currently we are only supporting the following two ways:
- An unsigned SAML Response with a signed Assertion
- A signed SAML Response with a signed Assertion
