When we are using the user management panel to attempt to remove a user, it has no effect. We are clicking on the red delete button next to the description "Remove user...Remove this user from all Signavio Apps." The users cannot be deleted no matter how much we try to this.
The issue that you're experiencing is the result of a restriction that we had set, which temporarily enforced that only one user can be deleted at a time. Basically, the issue is caused by a user is still in the process of being deleted, and therefore, the second deletion is not processed. The UI should indicate this clearly, so our engineers have created a ticket to improve this. To request updates on the status of this issue., please reference ticket number SCS-41086.
