Symptom
I have added a new user to the users in the Process Intelligence > Process settings as a consumer. However, when they try to access Process Intelligence, they get an 'Authentication required!' error.
Resolution
This can occur when the user has not actually logged in. Please login to either Collaboration Hub or Process Manager, and try again.
