3160254 - Unable to Export diagram translations, no/wrong .PO file generated

Our workspace is configured with more than 1 language.  We also have many models that have entities with more than 1 language, for example, Task names can be in both English (US) and Chinese.  When we perform an Export diagram translations, either no .PO file is generated, or the wrong .PO file is generated, for example, we are expecting a Chinese .PO file but instead get an English (US) .PO file.

This issue can be caused by the Tenant Owner not having a Modelers license.

To confirm the Tenant Owner license, login to Signavio as an Administrator and navigate to: Setup > Manage users & access rights > Users (tab) > select user.
For Edition, the Tenant Owner should have one of the following licenses types;

• Classic
• Enterprise
• Enterprise Plus

If the Tenant Owner does not have a Classic, Enterprise or Enterprise Plus license, then please grant them the license.
