3160282 - I cannot change from Collaboration Hub Velocity Edition to Explorer

Symptom


Hi, I registered my workspace as trial on 1st of October. The trial expired today and I can still login to the new Hub but cannot change to the Explorer.



Resolution


This is a known bug that has already been routed to our developers to fix this issue. If you are affected by this issue and would like to be kept up to date on the status of the ticket, please email support@signavio.com or create a ticket in our support portal and reference the ticket number SCS-25913.
