3160301 - New Comment Threading doesn't work with syntax check

The Modelling convention can be set to check for the incorporation of open comments. This test fails with the new commenting function when a reply to a comment has been given, even though the comment has been marked resolved. The reply cannot be set to resolved, only the entire thread.  So the syntax check gives out errors for resolved comments.

This is a known issue which has already been forwarded to our engineering team as a bug ticket. To hear updates regarding this ticket please reference ticket number SPM-8990.
