3160302 - I cannot login in to leanIX


I configured Signavio within LeanIX, but I get an error, that leanIX cannot connect to Signavio.


Could not login to Signavio. Please check your Signavio settings.

My creadentials are correct as I can login into Signavio via login Page.


Please compare the configuration of the app with the manual of leanIX

If the 'Process Hierarchy' has been selected then 'Use Interval' in the basic configuration must be selected too. Otherwise login is not possible.
