Symptom
I configured Signavio within LeanIX, but I get an error, that leanIX cannot connect to Signavio.
Error
Could not login to Signavio. Please check your Signavio settings.
My creadentials are correct as I can login into Signavio via login Page.
Resolution
Please compare the configuration of the app with the manual of leanIX https://docs.leanix.net/docs/signavio-integration
If the 'Process Hierarchy' has been selected then 'Use Interval' in the basic configuration must be selected too. Otherwise login is not possible.
