3160315 - Trouble Searching in Dictionary for "Not Applicable"

In the search toolbar, I am not able to search the dictionary for "Not Applicable".

Not is a reserved word in the dictionary search and can be used as the documented key word and (_or another not documented keyword _or) to filter search results more powerful. Searching for the term not applicable would search for everything that does not contain applicable.

Solution is to use a wildcards, either a double asterisk or double quotes around the phrases (for example: "Not Applicable") or (for example: **Not app)
