How can I invite multiple stakeholders to comment on multiple diagrams in one invitation without using the “Invite anyone for feedback” feature as anyone having the link at hand could use it, and even worse also commenting in the name of the person who received the link.

Using the Invite anyone for feedback is the only available way.
