Symptom
Problems occur after installation or update in Signavio Process Manager. What is the easiest way to approach and start the diagnosis to identify and correct these errors?

Follow the link: Troubleshoot configuration problems. In the documentation you will find all the details and information to start troubleshooting.
After you have run the Diagnosticstool (e.g.: https://mycompanysignavio.de:8080/diagnostics) and have not been able to fix "red marked errors" by yourself, please open a support ticket in our support portal and add the following information:
- Log file from Tomcat
- Screenshot of the result of the diagnostic tool
- if necessary, the file "configuration.xml" for special configurations of the servers (e.g. clusters, outsourcing of services such as Solr etc.)
