3160332 - Unable to upload DMN 1.2.XML into execution engine

Recently, we are involved in a complex use case. In order to simplify the decision models, we had to create several decision models and then, linked them into 1 main decision model, so that it's easy to maintain by business Users. The decision model is working fine, and we are able to simulate and add test cases. But when we tried to upload the DMN 1.2 xml file into our Decision Execution Engine,  its produces an exception error 'Failed to upload decision model'.

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get fixed. If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date about this issue, please create a ticket in the SAP Support Launchpad and reference the ticket number, SPM-8337.
