3160333 - "[" or "]" Characters Cause Dictionary Imports to Fail

"[" or "]" bracket characters present in an Excel file cause the dictionary imports to fail.
The issue happens only incase there is a cell with value like [XXXXXX], start with character '[' and end with  character ']'. 

The root cause is that it is not allowed to save text attribute with value like [XXXXXX].
As a workaround, change the value to a structure other than [XXXXXX].
This is a known issue, which our engineering team is aware of. To request updates on this issue please reference ticket number SPM-9712 and SPM-13598 different symptom with same root cause.
