3160375 - The Dictionary entry search for Risk attributes doesn't include all parent/child Categories

If a Risk sub-category is added to the Risk Dictionary category, the "look up" does not list any of the Risks in the sub-category, only those from the Parent Risk category are listed.

This is currently by design: the categories defined in the Risk attribute definition do not include their sub-categories.

The idea has been forwarded to our Product Managers as a Feature Request.
