3160382 - Groups from SAP Signavio Process Manager are not available in SAP Signavio Process Governance

Groups were created in SAP Signavio Process Manager; however, the groups are not showing in SAP Signavio Process Governance.  Why are the groups not showing up?

Groups in SAP Signavio Process Manager and SAP Signavio Process Governance are not synchronized. They are managed separately.  

To access to the user groups:

• In Process Manager: Open the Explorer, click on Setup → Manage Users & access rights → tab User groups
• In Process Governance: Click on your name on the top right corner and select "Organization settings"
