3160383 - Can I change a process without changing the approval expiration date?

I found a typo in a process and I would like to correct it without going through the whole approval process and thereby also change the approval expiration date. Is that possible?

It is not possible to change a process without creating a new revision and if you use the approval workflow the revision needs go through that workflow to be published. This is necessary and cannot be circumvented to ensure auditing acceptability.
