3160401 - How to stop the 'Replace user reminder' emails from SAP Signavio Process Governance?

How can the 'Replace user reminder' emails from SAP Signavio Process Governance, as seen below, be stopped? Unable to find anything in the setting that would stop such emails from being sent.

"The following users have been removed from your organization, without replacement process owners and task assignees:

• John Doe

You can define a replacement in your organization settings."

 

A replacement has to be defined in Organization settings as mentioned in the e-mail. Afterwards, close the open tasks or assign them to another user in the organization.
