3160401 - Replace user reminder

How do I stop receiving email like the one below repeatedly? I can't find anything in the setting that would stop such emails from being sent to me.

The following users have been removed from your organization, without replacement process owners and task assignees:

• John Doe

You can define a replacement in your organization settings.

You have to define a replacement in your organization settings as mentioned in the e-mail. Afterward, you can close the open tasks or assign them to somebody in your organization.
