Symptom
After we did some changes in our Workflow organization, we are getting the following error message in one of our fields in our Workflow process:
Could not load options for the following reason: Unexpected Process Manager call response status code [500]
Resolution
Please open the dictionary integration in your Workflow organization (click on your name in the upper right corner - Service & Connectors - "Process Manager Integration"-tab). Is there an error message about the current integration user? If yes, please change the user to an account who has access to everything in your Process Manager workspace (e.g. one administrator)
