3160429 - Adjust User Access from Existing Hub License to Enterprise Plus License

Symptom

I have issues configuring a user in our workspace. I created their account and assigned them an Enterprise Plus license.  When the user logs in through SSO, their account is created in Signavio with the Collaboration Hub license without consuming the “open invitation."  If I delete their account and resend the invitation, when they try to login directly to the Process Manager, they receive an error “no feature configured.”



Resolution

There is a pending invite to the user. However, they also have an existing license as a Collaboration Hub user. Therefore, please delete the pending invitation.

Then, contact Signavio Support, and request a transfer of their existing license from the Collaboration Hub to Enterprise Plus.
