3160489 - Cannot access a file after saving a diagram in Process Manager

We created a custom attribute of the type Document/URL. When we add a file (e.g. .png, .jpeg, .pdf etc.), save it and then reload the diagram, we cannot access the file anymore due to the error message:

'File was deleted or you are missing authorizations'

This seems to happen for "Hierarchic Organizational Unit" in Organigrams / Organization charts. We are sure to have the correct authorizations assigned. 

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get this fixed. If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date about this issue, please create a ticket in our Support Portal and reference the ticket number SPM-13768.
