3160501 - Unable to search for Risk & Controls Sub-categories in dictionary

Sub-dictionary categories not showing up when typing in words to objects or typing ** in the search field.  The items are in the dictionary because it reflects the number of pages and how many items there are, but will not show the names of the objects themselves when searching.

This is by design: the categories defined in the risk attribute definition do not include their sub-categories. Sub-categories can have completely different attribute definitions than their parents, so the schema of the table would potentially conflict with the actual attributes defined on sub-category items.
