3160506 - The configuration_signed.xml file is being replaced with the previous version

We upgraded our On-Premise installation of Signavio Process Manager and were able to start it without problems. When we run the diagnostics tool though, an error regrading an outdated licence file is thrown. Also, after a Tomcat restart, the Signavio Process Manager does not start any more. We notice that the previous configuration_signed.xml file with an old version number has been restored to the conf folder. 

The problem occurs when not all temporary files from the previous version were deleted properly. Please make sure to remove the contents from the following Tomcat directories:

• conf/Catalina
• temp
• work/Catalina
