You can find the policy on our website https://www.signavio.com/terms-and-conditions/ in the "Signavio SaaS User Agreement" http://www.signavio.com/docs/en/saas-sla.pdf
The restoring policy is described in the chapter "§ 5 Maintenance of the APPLICATION" under section "C. Excluded Services"
