3160524 - Unable to login to Process Manager and I have an expired Trial workspace

Symptom

I am unable to log into SAP-Signavio Process Manager, and I believe my email address may be associated with a previous workspace.


Resolution

Please contact SAP-Signavio Support by logging a ticket in the Support portal.

Ask for your expired Trial workspace to be disabled.

There is a period of time when an expired Trial workspace is still enabled. During this time, users may encounter difficulty logging in, if they subsequently get invited to another workspace. If this happens, then the expired Trial workspace needs to be disabled earlier than scheduled.
