3160580 - In Process Governance Billing, the wrong number of unused licenses is displayed

For my Process Governance Organization, I know I have a set number of licenses.  However, when I go into Members and Export all users, and then go into Billing to see how many unused licenses (are) left, it seems I have less unused licenses than I should.

The unused licenses also include invitations, that are not included in the Export all users CSV file. This is because invited users are not active users.
For example;

• Total licenses = 10
• Export all users = 5 active users
• unused licenses left = 4

This means there is 1 invitation: 5 active users + 4 unused licenses left + 1 invitation = 10 licenses in total.

If you would like to know how many invitations there are, please go to: Organization settings > Members (tab) > Pending invitations (section).
You may need to scroll down, past the Users and Groups section.
